(“Terms and Conditions”)
INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to establish complete, clear, and binding rules for the “Sound&Style Contest” (“Contest”) for all participants.
2. The organizer of the Contest is Metronome Production s.r.o., with its registered office at Terronská 873/3, Bubeneč (Prague 6), 160 00 Prague, ID No.: 04658639, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 251541 (“Organizer”).
CONTEST
1. The Contest takes place within the territory of the Czech Republic and is open to individuals over the age of 18 who are customers of the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as “Contestants”).
2. Any person who meets the Contest’s conditions and registers for the Contest may become a participant (hereinafter referred to as “Contestant”). Registration takes place by purchasing a ticket to the Metronome Festival. Registration for the Contest is open from June 5, 2026, through June 14, 2026, inclusive.
3. By registering for the Contest, the Contestant confirms that they are participating voluntarily, have read the Terms and Conditions, and agree to comply with them in full.
4. Persons in an employment or similar relationship with the Organizer are excluded from the Contest.
5. Contestants who violate the Contest rules will be disqualified from participation.
PRIZE, DRAWING, AND PRIZE DELIVERY
1. The prize in the Contest is:
• Five randomly selected Contestants will win Sennheiser ACCENTUM Wireless headphones, valued at 4,490 CZK each.
• Ten randomly selected Contestants will win Prestige shoes from the limited-edition Metronome series, valued at 2,790 CZK each.
• Twenty randomly selected Contestants will win a 1-day ticket to Metronome Prague for Friday, June 19, valued at 2,690 CZK each.
2. Within two business days of the Contest’s conclusion, 35 winners will be randomly selected from all Contestants to receive the Prize.
3. The drawing will be conducted by Ticketmaster Česká republika, a.s., ID No. 60192577, with its registered office at Jungmannova 26/15, Nové Město (Prague 1), 110 00 Prague.
4. Within five business days after the drawing, the winners will be contacted by the Organizer with notification of the Prize in the Contest, via email to the Contestant’s email address provided in the order or in the Contestant’s user account with the Ticketmaster seller.
5. The prize will be sent to the winners via email or, in the case of a physical prize, to the residential address provided in the order or in the Contestant’s user account with Ticketmaster, within three days of the drawing.
6. The prize cannot be transferred to a third party, nor can it be exchanged or replaced with another item at the winner’s request. In the event that, for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, it is not possible to provide the prize, the Organizer reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal value.
7. Participation in the Contest does not create a legal claim to the prize.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended.
2. The controller of personal data is Ticketmaster Česká republika, a.s., ID No. 60192577, with its registered office at Jungmannova 26/15, Nové Město (Prague 1), 110 00 Prague.
3. Personal data will be processed on the basis of the following legal grounds:
Contestants: on the legal basis pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of participating in the Contest and verifying compliance with the Contest terms and conditions. Winners: based on the legal grounds under Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR for the purpose of contacting them if selected in the drawing, delivering the prize, and recording the prizes awarded.
4. The Organizer will process personal data for the purposes specified below to the extent set forth below:
Contestants: first name, last name, email address, data related to verifying compliance with the conditions for participation in the Contest.
Winners: first name, last name, email address.
5. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the Contestant’s user account with the ticket seller Ticketmaster under Ticketmaster’s privacy policy or until consent to the processing of personal data is revoked.
6. The processors of personal data will be the entities managing the websites, always based on valid personal data processing agreements.
7. When processing personal data for the purposes stated above, there will be no automated decision-making, including profiling.
8. Details regarding the processing of personal data and the rights of data subjects, including contact information for the Data Protection Officer, are available on the Processor’s website at https://privacy.ticketmaster.cz/cs/privacy-policy.
FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest in justified cases. Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to supplement or amend the Contest Rules, particularly in the event of serious unforeseen circumstances or events resulting from force majeure.
2. The Organizer bears no liability for any damages caused by system or software failures that do not result from the Organizer’s intentional actions. The Organizer is not liable for the non-delivery or non-acceptance of the Prize due to the winner’s failure to provide sufficient cooperation to enable the Prize to be delivered. The Organizer is also not liable for the failure to deliver the Prize for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
3. The Contest Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
