Journey through ten centuries and learn about the remarkable fates of the Jews who settled and lived in Bohemia and Moravia. Do you know what the words Passover, kosher or Shabbat mean? Find out why stones are put on Jewish graves, what the Torah is and who Rabbi Löw was, what a Jewish wedding looks like and many other interesting facts about the life of Jewish neighbours. Tobias Smolík, co-author of the narrative children's book Cha cha chá, zamál se Mordechaj, will guide you through the story.

Event Kámen: Václava Jandečková and Michal Kocián - moderated by David Venclík 

This popular and informative comic strip introduces the topic of communist crimes of the "Stone" type. The originator of these top-secret actions was the State Security, which committed these illegalities in Czechoslovakia shortly after the February coup. The researcher Václava Jandečková spreads awareness of these unsolved crimes in various forms, this time in a comic strip with the artist Michal Kocián. The actions consisted in organising traps for pre-selected victims provoked to flee Czechoslovakia. Everything was devised so that the StB could interrogate the targeted persons at fake German customs stations in the supposed offices of the American military counterintelligence.

Putin's War - David Miřejovský, Václav Černohorský

It is complemented by dramatic photographs by CT cameramen. Two of the ten authors, David Miřejovský and Václav Černohorský, will introduce the book and its creation.
