Eva manages the Metronome Club where members have service throughout the year, arranging tickets for sold out concerts around the world, as well as providing regular information about interesting concerts and events. Members meet at musical and non-musical events.

Martina handle the booking and dramaturgy of the Metronome festival. Martina is the key person—she communicates with the bands. Without Martina, the festival would have no program.

Dita is in charge of advancing, filling out contracts with all the artists and handling technical riders and even catering. She is usually also the first and last person the artists meet at the festival.
