WE PAY WITH NFCTRON

 

Thanks to NFCtron, payments will be fast, transparent, and above all, safe. You can easily pay at all vendors by tapping your wristband with a chip on the device. After each payment, the vendor will show you the amount deducted from your chip and your remaining balance directly on the device.

The event will be completely cashless – all payments will be made using the wristband with a chip.

For better payment tracking at the festival, we recommend downloading the NFCtron mobile app for Android or iOS. After reading your chip via NFC, you will clearly see your total spending and current balance. You can also rate your orders, receive payment notifications, and after the event, you can conveniently and for free refund the remaining balance to your bank account.

HOW IT WORKS: COMFORTABLE PAYMENTS WITH NFCTRON

  • Top up your credit online before the event via the mobile app or the NFCtron website. At the top-up point, you’ll receive a chip with your topped-up credit and can head straight to the sales stands. Please complete your online top-up at least one hour before chip activation. Once you receive the wristband, online top-up is no longer possible. After the event area opens, online top-up may also be unavailable.
  • Simply pay by tapping your chip to the sales device. After the payment, the vendor will always show you the updated balance and a summary of your order. You can track your spending in the app or request a printed QR code at the top-up point for a web overview.
  • Unused credit can be refunded for free to your bank account via the mobile app or web chip overview. You have until August 26, 2025, to submit your refund request. UNUSED CREDIT CANNOT BE REFUNDED IN CASH AT THE EVENT SITE.
It is also possible to top up credit on-site – with cash or card at the marked top-up points inside and outside the venue. The organizer charges an activation fee of 50 CZK / 2 EUR for the first top-up made on-site. All additional top-ups are free. No activation fee is charged for online top-ups.

 

 

FAQ

How do I check my credit balance?

After each order, the seller will show you the balance. You can find out your balance on the NFCtron mobile app, simply by loading the chip, or in your online receipt by scanning the QR code from the printed information paper you will receive if you first topped up your credit at the event.

I have a chip from last year, can I use it?

It is possible to use your chip from last year's concerts, but it must be reactivated on site. You can recharge the credit for free online or on-site with an activation fee of 2 EUR. To activate the chip, simply show the QR code at the designated recharge point or recharge on-site.

‼️ Credit from 2024 and 2025 cannot be used.

Is it possible to pay for merch other than with NFCtron?

Yes, merch is the only exception - you can pay with NFCtron, cash and card.

How to Get Your Remaining Credit Back?

The credit balance refund is free of charge and unlimited for accounts in CZK and EUR. Simply load the chip into the NFCtron mobile app and request a credit refund to your bank account with 3 clicks. You can apply for a credit refund until 26 August 2025. Refund Policy.
