.themayrevolution is an electrifying four-piece rock band from the Czech Republic, known for their gritty sound, high-octane live shows, and introspective lyrics. Musically, they blend garage rock with a variety of alternative guitar-driven styles, crafting a sound that’s both raw and emotionally resonant.

Formed in 2017 in Pardubice, the band consists of Tomáš Kulhavý (vocals), Václav Vávra (guitar), Rostislav Suchochleb (drums), and Michal Drahný (bass). They made a bold entrance onto the scene with their debut EP Reborn in 2018, quickly catching the attention of music lovers across the country.

When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, the band channeled their creative energy into making new music. Collaborating with acclaimed producer Damian Kučera from Skywalker, they recorded their second EP in 2021. Early singles from this project earned them significant recognition, including a coveted spot in Spotify’s global All New Rock playlist, and solidified their reputation in the Czech underground scene.

In November 2022, .themayrevolution released their highly anticipated EP Dead Inside, a powerful collection that dives deep into the darkest corners of the human psyche. The release was met with enthusiastic acclaim, leading to multiple sold-out shows across the Czech Republic and notable appearances at major festivals. The band also took their sound international, performing at the prestigious Fifty Lab festival in Brussels.
