VIP TICKETS

    Three-day or one-day passes
   VIP zone with terrace (ideal view of the main stage)
    Fast track entry to the venue

    Seating, bar tables, chill zone
    Paid bar with premium selection and special gastronomic offer.
    A children's VIP ticket (3 days only) can be purchased when buying a three-day VIP ticket or separately.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    To admit a child (under 12 years of age), you must purchase a "3-Day, Child" ticket or a "3-Day, Child + Grandstand" ticket. 
    To admit a child (under 12 years of age) to the VIP zone, you must purchase a "3-Day, Child, VIP" ticket along with an adult VIP ticket.
    The organizer reserves the right to request proof of age and, for safety reasons, may restrict children’s access to certain areas (e.g., near the main stage late at night).
    Children under 15 are only permitted entry when accompanied by an adult.
    We recommend purchasing tickets only HERE on our website and from the official Ticketmaster reseller.
    A service fee of 90 CZK will be added to the price of all tickets.
    If you have not received your purchased tickets, please first check whether the email with the tickets has been filtered into your spam folder or bulk messages. If not, please contact Ticketmaster directly via the form HERE or email us at [email protected].
    Canceling a ticket purchase or returning already purchased tickets is not possible. Thank you for your understanding.
    You can safely BUY and SELL tickets purchased after October 5, 2025 (sold by Ticketmaster) through the RESALE service (Ticketmaster).
    You can safely BUY and SELL tickets purchased before October 5, 2025 (seller: Ticketstream/PLG) through our partner TicketSwap.

DISABLED PERSON / DISABLED PERSON WITH ACCOMPANIMENT TICKETS

     We want everyone to be able to enjoy the METRONOME FESTIVAL. All stages are accessible without barriers or stairs. Restrooms, food service, and other facilities are also accessible.
     Holders of ZTP/P cards (wheelchair users) should contact an authorized Ticketmaster reseller exclusively for information about reserved seating and conditions for visitors with limited mobility. The number of these seats is limited.
