David and Martin have been inseparable for over twenty years and are also the organizers and producers of music festivals like United Islands of Prague, Metronome Prague, and other cultural and social events.

Martina and Anthony handle the booking and dramaturgy of the Metronome festival. Martina is the key person—she communicates with the bands. Without Martina and Anthony, the festival would have no program.

Renata is in charge of the entire marketing campaign. Together with an media agency, they do everything to ensure you learn everything essential about Metronome, whether on social media or on billboards.

Alena, together with partners, thinks about how to finance the festival so that it can continue to exist without costing a fortune. She handles it brilliantly, as she used to be the mayor of a well-known town.

Nikola takes care of our festival guests. She can make the impossible possible, from a nail to a locomotive, and can answer any question and ensure everything runs smoothly. And maybe even the president will come.

Eva is Alena's right hand. She is the liaison officer for Metronome Club, so she knows everything that's going on and can get tickets that are normally unattainable, both in the Czech Republic and practically all over the world.

Martina mainly handles the non-musical program. Everything that isn't music is her work. This mainly includes podcasts, debates, workshops, interesting non-profit booths, and exhibitions.

Dita is in charge of advancing, filling out contracts with all the artists and handling technical riders and even catering. She is usually also the first and last person the artists meet at the festival.

Vladan is an invisible part of the team at first glance. But the opposite is true. Most of the time, you will see him sitting behind a computer, handling all kinds of tickets, accreditations, and festival merch.

Kryštof is one of the key parts of our festival. Without him, you would very likely be hungry and thirsty at the Exhibition Grounds. And you wouldn't want that.
