1.1 These Visitor Rules are guidelines issued by Metronome Production, spol. s r.o., ID No.: 04658639, with its registered office at Terronská 873/3, Prague 6, 160 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, file 251541 (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer"), which sets out the basic binding rules for persons entering the premises of the Metronome Prague festival and using the facilities located on the premises of the Metronome Prague event/festival (hereinafter referred to as the "visitor rules").
1.2 The purpose of the visitor rules is, in particular, to ensure safety, fire protection, hygiene, health protection, and property protection at the Metronome Prague festival, as well as to ensure ideal conditions for the course of all events (hereinafter referred to as "events") that will be part of the Metronome Prague festival, and to ensure a pleasant atmosphere at the Metronome Prague festival grounds.
1.3 The Metronome Prague festival grounds are understood to be the areas clearly marked by the organizer within the Prague Exhibition Grounds festival grounds.

Anyone who is unable to prove their authorization to be on the Metronome Prague festival grounds may not be admitted to the grounds or may be removed from the premises.
Visitors and the public may enter the premises, or the designated areas thereof, only with the organizer's consent, only during visiting hours, and only in accordance with the conditions set out in these visitor rules. Any complaints may only be made before entering the premises.
2.2 Supervision of compliance with and respect for these visitor rules on the Metronome Prague festival premises shall be carried out by duly identified staff of the organizer and other persons duly authorized and identified by the operator, and, within the scope of their legal powers, also by the Czech Police and the Municipal Police.
